Item must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please include a detailed explanation as to why you are unsatisfied along with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your jewelry needs to be repaired, please click here to send us an email. Your request should include a picture of your jewelry and a description of the repair needed. Upon review, we will contact you with next steps.
If your jewelry requires a simple repair, we will gladly fix it free of charge. You'll be asked to send it to us along with a $5 check for returned shipping. If your jewelry requires more than a simple repair, we will email you an estimate.
